This is an urgent call from our friendly school librarian, Mrs. Shoukry:

I need volunteers to sign up for the book fair starting Monday April 19 through Tuesday April 27 from 8:00 am to 2:30pm.  Please sign up for the open house as well on Tuesday April 27 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.  I need your help.

Please call into the office if you can volunteer for any of these times.  It can be for an hour or so on any day you can spare the time.  We appreciate the help!

Student Council is proud to begin with a two season of giving projects they are:

HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE and HOLIDAY CARDS for SENIOR CITIZENS or SOLDIERS.

GERMAIN FAMILY PLEASE GIVE BAGS, BOXES OR CANS OF FOOD–NOW-DECEMBER 16th.

The Student Council will be distributing blank cards to all grade level in order to make cards.

Student Council is leading the way at Germain.  They helped lead the Pledge of Allegiance at the Monday Morning Assembly, and are well on their way to becoming tomorrow’s leaders.

Student council is in the process of filling key positions and will be responsibile for sharing information about important school events with the rest of the student body.

Look for student council members to exhibit the excellent qualities of a respectful, responsible and safe example to others in the school.
